Dr. Ioannis Chatzistefanou is an award-winning Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, internationally recognized for his expertise in facial aesthetics, reconstructive surgery, and advanced facial rejuvenation. Holding dual degrees in Medicine and Dentistry, alongside a PhD in Medical Sciences, he has trained in leading institutions across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
Currently serving as Maxillofacial / Head & Neck Surgeon at Medical School of Athens – “Attikon” General Hospital, Director of the 2nd Maxillofacial Surgery Department of Athens Medical Group and leading Facial Aesthetics Consultant at OMS Total Care Clinics. Dr. Chatzistefanou combines world-class surgical expertise with a refined aesthetic philosophy focused on natural beauty, facial harmony, and regenerative approaches to aging.
As an awarded Maxillofacial Surgeon and Fellow of the American Head & Neck Society and European Association of Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery at OMS Total Care, he leads the development and medical supervision of advanced aesthetic and regenerative treatment protocols, delivering personalized solutions that bridge clinical excellence, innovation, and luxury wellness.

Dr. Ioannis Kalaitzis is a General Surgeon, PhD graduate of the Medical School of Athens, and Director of General Surgery at the Metropolitan Hospital.
Combining extensive clinical expertise with advanced training in Functional Medicine and Longevity Medicine, he leads the scientific development and medical supervision of OMS Total Care’s IV Therapy Programs.
Through a philosophy that bridges medical excellence, preventive medicine, and luxury wellness, Dr. Kalaitzis helps patients achieve optimal performance, recovery, hydration, immune support, and longevity through scientifically guided therapies and personalized health optimization programs.
